Summer Cottage , is on the site of what used to be the old barn to a smallholding, on a quiet road from the Bishop's Palace to the Beach. The original house dates back to 1737 but the barn was totally rebuilt as Summer Cottage in 1989.

Sleeps up to 6 in 4 bedrooms and in a lovely location, being about a mile from the centre of St Davids and the same distance from the blue flag Whitesands Beach. From the front are views towards Carn Llidi and St Davids Head and from the upstairs the bedroom windows on the west face towards Ramsey and Skomer islands. The yard at the front of the property has ample off-road space for two cars and the Cottage has it's own enclosed garden surrounded by mature trees and shrubs and with a patio and large lawn.

Accommodation:
The front door opens into a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area with a wooden beamed ceiling and pitch pine doors. The units are painted wood and the kitchen is a big enough space for the cook at one end and the rest of the family come and go or sit and chat around the extending mahogany kitchen table.

The lounge leads off the kitchen and is a sunny room with french windows that look out onto a patio and into the garden. Next door to the sitting room is a bedroom with a single bed with a further full-sized bed underneath. This is a bedroom which will comfortably sleep two or might be used as another living room if the extra sleeping space is not needed.

Stairs lead up from the kitchen onto a landing leading to a further three bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are an en-suite double, a twin and a single room. The ceilings upstairs are slightly higher and each room has it's own particular character. The separate bathroom has hand-basin, bath and WC and the en-suite off the main bedroom has a large tiled shower instead of a bath and also a WC.

External Amenities:
As already mentioned, there is ample off road parking for two cars. There is a secluded garden and sitting out area on the west side of the Cottage which is ideal for barbecues and alfresco eating.

Full gas central heating, electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave/grill, fridge, freezer, colour television, radio and hair dryer. Bed linen is provided. Guests are required to bring their own towels.
