Welcome to Saltash Sailing Club, United Kingdom. Saltash Sailing Club holds several series of club races throughout the season on the River Tamar, a Spring and Autumn Series on the River and in Plymouth Sound as well as several joint events with other local Sailing clubs and several regattas too. This provides a great mix of local races on the river, races to, from and in Plymouth Sound and inshore races to coastal locations such as Fowey and Falmouth.

Saltash Sailing club has as an additional benefit for its members in excess of 150 moorings. These consist of a mixture of swinging and trot moorings plus a small number of pontoon moorings. These moorings are laid in groups in an area from the entrance to the Lynher river, past the club and above the bridges northwards to the southern side of the entrance to Saltmill creek. The majority are deep water moorings.

The rates at Saltash Sailing Club are by far the cheapest in the area and our racing is enthusiastic. We are trying to cater for the enthusiastic young sailor. Please join us if you wish to enjoy our superb facilities. We see dinghy racing as having the biggest potential for growth. Saltash Sailing Club also run a good yacht fleet and dinghy crew are always welcome.
