The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is a museum in the traditional sense, but it’s not a traditional museum at all.

From the adventurously wide-open architecture and compellingly eye-popping displays to the sing-along soundtrack of continuously streaming rock and roll hits, this is one Museum experience that really gets your heart pumping.

In keeping with their mission, the Rock Hall has terrific educational programs for people of all ages. Preschool children expand their horizons musically and socially in the highly acclaimed Toddler Rock sessions. They keep on Rocking the Schools, as more than 50,000 students come here every year to learn about the history and significance of rock and roll music. Across the globe and On the Road, the well-received distance-learning program has reached children and young adults throughout the U.S. and in Canada, Mexico and Australia. Adults are welcome to take part in our Rock and Roll Night School classes and teachers are taught how to bring rock music into their classrooms.

What would a shrine to rock and roll music be without performers? More than 100 artists and musicians come to the Hall every year to put on shows, be part of panel discussions, meet with fans and show their support.
