Chantal and Alain Hillenmeyer welcome you in their Restaurant L'Albatros on the lagoon of Bas-du-Fort in Gosier.
Restaurateurs since 1975, they managed the Relais de Saint Mars in Mars-la-Jaille between 1975 and 1987, then the Manoir de la RÃ©gate in Nantes from 1989 until 1995. Both renown Restaurants acknowledged by the French gourmet guides.
Alain Hillenmeyer had been trained by Jean-Pierre Perrot, former Chef saucier at Lucas Carton and M. Heurtebise at the Casino of La Baule.
