The home has polished floorboards throughout. It has a single bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity and another shower in the laundry as well as an out door shower. There is also a second toilet outside.

The house is elevated with undercover parking for three cars. The expansive yard is fully enclosed.

Located at Paradise Beach, St Georges Basin on a sandy beachfront which is ideal for children.

The yard is level and grassy and leads to the waters edge. A prawners and fishermans delight.

The home is in walking distance to shops, Country Club, golf courses, tennis courts and restaurants. There is a large park nearby with children's playground, BBQs and picnic tables.
