North Wales Cruising Club, Conwy, United Kingdom, offers good shelter from all directions except in strong winds from North to North West when there can be some swell in the river. The Marina is located at the river entrance and there are numerous swinging moorings available - some available for Visitors via the Harbour Office.
Water is available on the town quay and the floating pontoon on the quay wall which is accessible approximately 2 hours either side of high tide, general provisions are available in the town. A large superstore (Tesco) is located a few minutes walk away.
Marine diesel, bottled gas and chandlery are available at either marinas. Diesel is also available from the floating fuel pontoon on the quay wall.
The town quay has a scrubbing berth which may be used by arrangement with the Harbourmaster. There are good rail and coach links to Liverpool and the Northwest, the Midlands and Holyhead from nearby Llandudno Junction.
The Bar at The North Wales Cruising Club, Conwy, United Kingdom, is a wonderful place to meet old friends and make new ones. It was refurbished in 1997 and has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The Cruising Club has now become an RYA training center and offers a range of courses.
