Yoga classes are aimed at getting everyone moving, smiling and having fun. Classes available at our studio include Yoga flow, a dynamic practice that incorporates flexibility, strength and mental acuity. Power Yoga is a fast-moving vinyasa class, not suitable for beginners. A slower-moving class is chill yoga that focuses on alignment and includes ample flexibility. We also offer Kids yoga from 4 years of age. Pilates at Market House Yoga will tone and sculpt the body with the addition of resistance equipment to traditional mat Pilates exercises.
