The Kunstmuseum AAhrenshoop features more than 800 paintings and graphic sculptures and the collection includes works by the founder generation of the artists colony of Ahrenshoop. Come view works of classic modernism, representational art from the 1920's to the 1940's and contemporary works created after the reunification to present day, the museum collection is continually expanding, so there is always something new and fascinating to view. The Kunstmuseum AAhrenshoop hosts events and Summer workshops, and the museum shop is where you will find numerous publications, souvenirs, painting utensils, reproductions and original graphics, come for an interesting, informative and educational visit, they also have space for conferences, receptions and events, and guided tours are available.
