Kidz are us theatre is a St Ives-based Youth Theatre company and registered charity. Founded in 1994, the theatre  performs a full programme of shows throughout the year.

Kidz are us theatre operates without any public subsidy, and since its inception has provided thousands of local youngsters (over 100 at any one time) aged 5 and above with the opportunity to develop self-confidence through a wide range of performance skills.  Most importantly, Kidz are us theatre performers have fun together and achieve something worthwhile. An increasing number of graduates from the group are entering professional training for music and drama.

Based in its own 320 seat theatre (a partly-converted Weslyan Chapel) in the heart of St Ives, United Kingdom, the group has a well-deserved reputation for productions of the highest quality, and in recent years have taken up invitations to appear at the Royal Albert Hall, the London Palladium, and the Criterion Theatre, also in the West End, as well as at the world famous Minack Theatre on the cliffs at Porthcurno, near Land’s End.
