In 2000, Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crabâ?¢ opened its doors in Chicago. The second location, in Las Vegas at the Forum Shops at Caesars, opened October 2004. But Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crabâ?¢ doesn't attempt to duplicate its Miami counterpart -- no one could. The Chicago and Las Vegas Joe's build upon the grand tradition that began in Miami Beach, and add a uniquely urban twist to the experience. Open year round in Chicago and Las Vegas -- the Stone Crab Claws with Mustard Sauce are a signature dish of course, and Joe's Bone-In Signature Prime Steaks are a welcome new addition. Joe's also features an extensive selection of seafood, flown in fresh daily.
