Welcome to Headrock Dogs, Hua Hin, Thailand. Head Rock is the literal translation of the Thai words "Hua Hin", which is the town in which we are located. Headrock Dogs were previously known as HHDRC - Hua Hin Dog Rescue Centre. Our name and logo changes reflect our metamorphosis from a Rescue Shelter into something we hope will make a far more positive impact on the Hua Hin community - and, of course, the dogs living here.
Our aims are to re-home the wonderful, friendly dogs which live in our facility, to raise awareness of the benefits of community care and ABC (animal birth control) in maintaining stable and healthy populations of dogs, to help with CNR (catch, neuter, release) programmes within the community of Hua Hin, to educate, and to actively work with many other excellent organisations in the area, and throughout Thailand to achieve these ends.
We at Headrock Dogs Rescue Shelter have over 120 dogs, the vast majority of which were sick, injured or under threat of death. They are now healthy, happy dogs and most of them are ready to find a new home with someone special like you.
Here are some of our wonderful dogs, each with his/her own story to tell and each more than deserving of a chance at a happy home life.
Please be advised, as an adopter of a Headrock Dogs you will have to provide a minimum standard of care specified by us and will be expected to sign a contract to that effect.
