Welcome to Hayloft Cottage, Wells-next-the-Sea, United Kingdom. Hayloft Cottage is located in the heart of this charming town, in the very quiet conservation area of Bolts Close.  There is ample parking outside the cottage.

From the garden gate you can see down the lane to the historic quayside, Wells-next-the-Sea a one minute amble away.  The local shops sell everything from fresh fish to fridges and are in the next street.

Pubs, the health centre, library and information centre are all a couple of minutes walk away.

The beach is clean, enormous and great fun....and you may even see the seals playing in the channel. There are fishing boats, yachts, canoes and numerous small boats to watch - or sail your own.

Hayloft Cottage will be clean and warm when you arrive. It is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday - summer or winter.  Up to two well behaved dogs welcome at no extra charge.  In return we ask you to keep them off the beds and furniture and remove all traces of their visit before you leave.
