The Hanuman Asian Restaurant has seating for 90 people outside and a further 90 inside. The furnishings, tableware and artworks have been sourced from around the world and the lighting will take your breath away.

Regular inclusions are wild barramundi, banana prawns, seasonal Asian herbs and tropical vegetables from Humpty Doo.  Signature dishes include grilled wild barramundi served with a ginger, tamarind and passion fruit sauce, Hanuman oysters served Thai style in clay pot trays, and Murgh Makhani, a smooth butter chicken dish simmered in a rich cumin scented sauce with cashews and a tomato based curry with fresh coriander.
