This is a traditional Cottage, Greenbank Cottage, located in Chapel Amble, and just a few minutes walk from the Olde House Complex in Wadebridge in England. It is built in local stone and slate. The totally enclosed garden is a sun trap and proves popular with guests with young children.

The ground floor comprises of a well equipped kitchen with electric built-in oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer plus all the usual kitchen requirements.

Lounge with LCD TV, DVD, video and CD player and a separate dining room with open fire. Bathroom with over-bath shower, washbasin, toilet and shaver point. Hair dryer supplied.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with one double and single bed, and one twin-bedded room - all with fitted wardrobes, washbasin/shaver point.
