Dating from 1866, this large Victorian house has been extensively refurbished during early 2007 to provide high standards of comfort and convenience while still retaining much of the original character. We do all we can to provide a homely feel at Ferndene Guest House and offer that personal service that makes your stay as pleasurable as possible.

Ferndene Guest House offers a private car park, wholesome Cumbrian breakfasts with vegetarian and special dietary requirements catered for.   Packed lunches are available on request, and children are welcome.   Ferndene Guest House has a family room available, and offers an attractive garden with seating for guests to enjoy.   We have wireless internet access, and secure bicycle storage.   Ferndene Guest House has a non-smoking policy.
