Energise in York, United Kingdom, is a Fitness Centre run by the City of York Council and includes a TRX suspension training system and air conditioned indoor cycling studio. Over the years extensive improvements have taken place at Energise and include a 25m pool, a small pool, hydrotherapy and a creche. Other facilities include a fitness Gym, climbing wall, dance studio and outdoor pitches. During school holidays our Fitness Centre runs extra courses and activities that include climbing, archery, tennis, rollerblading and sea scooters. Energise is equipped with the latest Cybex equipment that include Pro 7 power plates, and our dedicated staff are always wlling to assist, give advice and motivation as well as offer personal programmes to help you achieve your fitness goals.
