Elm Cottage is part of the Olde House Farmstead that offers traditional Self Catering Farm Cottages on a 500 acre working Farm. Our Self Catering Cottages are well appointed, cosy and 'open all year' for young and old alike in Wadebridge, England in the United Kingdom.

A 3 bedroomed Cottage converted from a two-storey barn. Adjoining Barn.

Lawned area at back shared with Barn Cottage.

Upstairs there is a bathroom, bath with shower over, wc and hand basin. The two bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds. Each bedroom has a wash basin and convector heater.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom with fitted vanity unit, hand basin and convector heater.

The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Iron & ironing board.

The lounge and dining areas are open plan with a spiral staircase, which is not suitable for very small children. There is a dining table and chairs.

Freeview Flatscreen Television and DVD.

Heating is by storage heaters and electric convector heaters. There is an electric fire in the lounge. All heating and electric is included in the rent.

Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
