Set in the lush tropical gardens of the Covecastles Resort, overlooking the incredible azure waters of the Caribbean Sea, award-winning French/Caribbean cuisine is presented nightly by Executive Chef Dominique Thevenet of Lyons, France.
Chef Dominique combines the best of fine French haute-cuisine with healthy and wholesome organic products to create fresh and innovative dishes which live up to the islandâ??s high culinary standards.
