Careme is situated on the Palliser Estate Winery in Martinborough, New Zealand, and their Cooking Classes include wine tasting sessions. Our mission at Careme is to show students how to create good food and then to enjoy it, and also to show that all good food is easy to make at home, even those difficult recipes, simply by following a few easy tricks and techniques. An added bonus is that there are good wines to taste after a cooking experience in our well equipped kitchens.
