Brasserie Restaurant:  With a capacity of 146 people plus smoking area, the Brasserie Restaurant opens daily for guests and for the public in general serving breakfast and lunch. The day begins with healthy and tasty options such as fruits and juices and traditional delicacies from Pernambuco, such as tapioca or bolo de rolo. Starting at 12pm an executive lunch is served with different versions according to the day of the week. The executive lunch includes the best dishes of national and international cuisine. The client can choose to enjoy only salads and grilled options or to enjoy them together with the buffet of warm dishes. On Mondays special dishes from Minas Gerais such as tutu de feijão (beans tutu), frango com quiabo (chicken with okra), lombo assado (roast loin) and lingüiça acebolada (sausages with onions).On Wednesdays one can enjoy the delicacies from Bahia and on Fridays the courses from Pernambuco are the stars of the buffet. On Saturdays a light feijoada is served - a very special version of this extremely traditional dish.
