Welcome to Amia Bakery, Fremont, California, United States. We're centrally located in the heart of Fremont, in the Fremont hub Shopping center, California. Our doors opened to the neighborhood in the middle of March 2007. The name of our Bakery was derived from the French word amie, which means friend in french. We chose the name because it perfectly reflects the spirit of our Bakery. From our earth friendly ingredients and baking processes to how we see ourselves with regards to the community and our customers.
At Amia Bakery, we strongly believe in offering a delectable, healthy and fresh fare to the community. Our products are made with Organic flour and we use locally grown organic produces and products whenever possible. Our baked goodies have 0 grams of Trans Fat. Our menu is ever changing, based on the fruits and vegetables that are in season.
We serve classic European and American breakfast pastries, hot sandwiches on our own freshly baked breads. We carry a whole line of classic European, American and fusioned cakes and pastries. They all go perfectly with a cup of our organic coffee or espresso drink.
