Welcome to 4 Raven Lane, a modern, double glazed, semi-detached house with lovely gardens 1.5 miles from Keswick in the small, quiet hamlet of Applethwaite on the south-facing slopes of Skiddaw.   It has wonderful, unrestricted views across fields to the Borrowdale Fells, the Newlands Valley, Barf & the fells running the length of Bassenthwaite.  4 Raven Lane is in a peaceful setting,  ideal for a holiday as you have all the pleasure of a rural home yet the facilities of Keswick are still within easy reach.  It has a beautifully maintained, good sized garden to the front, side & rear of the house with garden furniture & bar-be-cue.

The ground floor of 4 Raven Lane has night storage heaters. There is a large kitchen/dining room with a good range of well equipped modern units, a large refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, electric oven & hob. The lounge has a colour television, DVD, Video & an open fire for cosy winter evenings or an electric fire to supplement the heating.

Bedrooms at 4 Raven Lane comprise of a single, a twin & a double room.  The bathroom has a bath, toilet, & wash hand basin & an electric shower.
