James St Cooking School in Fortitute Valley, Queensland, believe in using only the finest equipment and produce for their cooking classes, and our professional chefs will
encourage and guide you all the way into becoming not only a confident, but also a competent chef. Our practical classes are conducted in a social and friendly environment with between 10 and 20 students participating per class, with students working in teams of 4 or 5. At the beginning of each class the chef will demonstrate and explain the recipes to be used, and during the lesson will be on hand to answer any questions. At the end of each class, everyone gets to enjoy the meals they have prepared, and are also given copies of the recipes used. Should you prefer not to do any actual cooking, then our demonstration classes are ideal for you as you get to sit back, relax and watch as the chef does all the cooking, and you get to taste generous samples of the prepared dishes.
