Welcome to Villa Margherita by the Sea!

Levanto is a town of old world charm and prices. It has a good beach, many shops and restaurants and is one train stop away from the Cinque Terre - making it the perfect base for your trip to this region.

Each room at Villa Margherita is unique - decorated with old world antiques but still with the modern amenities: television, phone, private bath, comfortable beds. Internet access is available. We have lovely gardens with lush shaded sitting areas and views out over Levanto and to the Mediterranean Sea.

Villa Margherita by the Sea is a restored classic Italian villa located on the last undiscovered coastal section of the Italian Riviera, in the village of Levanto, just north of the Cinque Terre. The villa, built in 1906, was recently restored by the Campodonico family and is now a charming and well known small hotel (B&B) run by Federico Campodonico.
