Villa Dominosite, a four-bedroom detached property in South Port in Scotland in the United Kingdom, so you don't have to worry so much about noise -- either yours or the neighbours!

Villa Dominosite, is in good condition, clean, and well looked-after. There is a driveway with off-street parking for four or even more cars, and a secluded back garden with mainly lawn and a patio. The garden is surrounded by a two-metre tall fence, so your children will be safe and you don't need to worry about any dogs getting in.

We don't allow animals of any kind or smoking, as we have allergies and appreciate that some of you will as well. Your children are welcome, of course!

The neighbours at our location in South Port, Scotland, (at the time of writing, we hope it doesn't change!) are all quiet and we have never had any problem with any of them. Nor have they had any problem with us, of course!

There is a gas central-heating system, a large kitchen with all the modern conveniences, including a large refrigerator/freezer, a double oven, a four-burner halogen hob (cooking surface), microwave, coffee/espresso/capuccino maker. There is a separate downstairs cloakroom with a toilet, washbasin, and washer/dryer.

There is a lounge with seating for eight (more if you don't mind sitting close!) and a dining room with a dining suite, again with seating for eight.

The kitchen also has a low-level breakfast bar which provides seating for four.

Downstairs there is a further small lounge, which could be set up as a ground-floor bedroom on prior notice, which is ideal for a handicapped or elderly person, as it is right next to the downstairs toilet.

Upstairs are the four bedrooms -- three are double-bedrooms, two have king-size beds, one is a double, and the fourth has full-size bunk-beds. One of the bedrooms has a large en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, and the family bathroom also has a shower over the bath.

We will provide towels and bed-linen for your use, but the towels are NOT for beach-use -- if you want to lie out on towels on the beach, please bring your own or buy some in the town for souvenirs.

You won't need to worry about toilet paper or kitchen towels or dish-washing liquid or tablets or clothes detergent or even coffee filters ... we'll provide enough for your stay.
