Introducing Third Turtle Club and Spa, A Rock Resort, an exclusive Condo Hotel Resort, named after the first hotel and restaurant on the Providenciales island. The unique and spectacular location consists of a long secluded beach, marina, secluded island and a bluff which has breathtaking views across the marina and out to the ocean on the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Third Turtle Club and Spa features a variety of luxury residences from Studios, one bed Suites, two bed Suites, three bed Suites and four bed Penthouse Suites. Each residence will benefit from having ocean or marina views, 9-10 ft ceilings' sliding pocket doors to maximise the panoramic views, marble and/or granite work tops, Kohler or equivalent accessories and Sub Zero or equivalent appliances.

The Resorts design will have a Caribbean elegance yet informal feel. The Resorts facilities will consist of but are not limited to: infinity edge pools, beach cabanas, restaurants, ranging from casual to fine dining, waterfalls, attractive lagoon pool, Zen garden, a luxurious RockResorts Spa, fitness center, tennis court and 40 boat slips ranging from 30 to 160'. There is also a small island which will be connected by a footbridge. This will be used by owners and for private functions.

Smith's Reef offers some of the best snorkeling in the world on the Providenciales island. Sea turtles, stingrays, and a marvelous variety of fish are constantly on view.
