Silica Gallery in Kennebunkport, York County, United States | Art Gallery

In 1993, Silica opened its doors in the historic Pinkham Store building, at the head of the harbor in picturesque Cape Porpoise, Maine (the quiet side of Kennebunkport). Owners, Jane and Kristin Rowse have devoted the gallery entirely to exhibiting the best of contemporary American Art Glass.

Six years later, Silica moved to its permanent home on Route 9 in the center of Cape Porpoise Square in a completely renovated late 19th century house. Today the gallery represents a group of approximately 80 artists and is open daily May thru December and by appointment during the winter months.
