Our Head Chef Eric Maillard who comes from France brings a wealth of experience from restaurants and hotels in France, Germany, Austria & Ireland. Eric heads up a team of four chefs. We endeavour at all times to use local suppliers and as members of Feile Bia all of our Beef, Lamb, Poultry & Eggs are guaranteed Irish origin and quality assured. Our aim is to provide our guests with high quality fresh food and service, in a relaxed atmosphere. We boast one of the most spectacular views across Galway Bay!
