The Rowans is a delightful 1912 period house set in its own grounds offers a friendly and relaxed atmosphere by Mrs. Carole Baddock, who has a great interest in Sailing and Classic Cars. The accommodation that is available for you is very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Children over 5 are welcome and Dogs by arrangement.

The lovely twin room with en-suite bathroom two lovely bedrooms which can either be beautiful 6 foot Double Bed or Twin bedded as shown. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Colour Television, Tea and Coffee facilities.  Ground floor Ensuite double bedroom available on request.

A Choice of Breakfast is served in the spacious resident's dining room and vegetarians are welcome.

As the Rowans Bed and Breakfast is only 5 minutes from the High Street, Quay and Mariners. Ferries also leave from Lymington to the Isle of Wight. The High Street offers you a wide choice of eating house, from pubs to restaurants and unusual boutiques as well as a few of the larger stores. Being also on the edge of New Forest you have easy access to visit the many attractions, museums or stroll though the enclosures or along the coast and the Solent Way.
