As well as serving the exhausted rambler with rolls, cakes, drinks, ice creams and many other delightful treats, the Cafe also acts as an information centre for the Orme and maintains a large range of photograph albums in addition to specialist publications on the Caves of the Orme, Myths and magic and many other areas of interest, all written by local folk.
The Cafe has enjoyed a checkered past. First opened many years ago as a simple ice-cream counter, the present owner has expanded and developed the land and buildings into a viable meeting and eating venue, with all the facilities you would expect.
