Poppy Cottage is a three-bedroom self-catering holiday cottage, located close to the town centre and harbour at Wells-next-the-Sea in North Norfolk, with a view of the quayside and sea from the front door. All local facilities are within very easy walking distance.

It is comfortable and well-fitted with private parking and garden area.

Wells-next-the-Sea is on the North Norfolk coast; a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Poppy Cottage is one of a terrace of five modern cottages in a small lane leading down to the quayside. The quay can be seen from the front door and is only a minute’s walk away. Similarly all the shops are only a few minutes walk, as is the bus stop on the Buttlands. From here a regular service travels to the nearest market town of Fakenham and it is also where the Coastal Hopper stops. This travels the length of the Norfolk Coastline enabling easy access to Sheringham and Kings Lynn train stations.
