Located on the High Street within the historic precinct of National Trust classified Maldon, Victoria's first Notable Town, the House radiates old world charm. Recall the nostalgia of times past with ornate fireplaces and maid summoning bells.
Walk through the gardens from the private car park to Palm House, or enter from street level at the front of the property.
Palm House boasts four beautifully restored bedrooms that await your stay. Each room contains electric blankets and electric heating for the colder months with a ceiling fan for summer. An evaporative air conditioner is available upon request.
The private Withdrawing Room at Palm House, Maldon, provides a respite from the demands of the 21st century. The fireplace framed by a large English mantle and the Chesterfield lounges grant the room a solemn air. A quiet place to relax, one can read, watch TV, or the Video/DVDs which are available for guest use.
The solid bluestone foundations combined with the French doors opening onto the veranda ensure that this room is cool during summer, while the open fireplace allows for a roaring fire during the winter months.
All room rates are based on couple share per night and include full cooked breakfast.
