Out the Blue is a fishing charter boat that runs out of St Peter Port harbour, Guernsey in the Channel Islands and is skippered by myself - Richard Seager.
Richard Seager is name that is infamous within the Bailiwick of Guernsey, this is down to one simple reason - he catches fish!
Holder of the Bailiwick of Guernsey Boat Brill Record, a fish of no less than 13lbs and 9oz. Richard also has many big double figure Bass to his name.
