It works cooperatively with Rockland Harbor Boatyard in Rockland, Maine which provides the summer waterfront site for many Rockland originating Charters as well as an excellent midcoast mooring stop for Charters. Rockland provides many summer attractions and events which are all easily accessible from Rockland harbor Boatyard's moorings.

Prior to NorthPoint Yacht Charters, Ms Slaymaker began and operated Bay Island Yacht Charters for four years before selling the company. NorthPoint Yacht Charters is fully insured through the Morse, Payson and Noyes Insurance in Rockland, Maine and operates:
