The house is located on a quiet street in Wofville, Nova Scotia, a residential area. It offers spacious, elegant living on a single level.

There are two bedrooms plus a sunroom which can accommodate a fifth or maybe sixth person.

The house has just been renovated and is furnished with new beds and sofas and fine antiques.

The beautiful hardwood floors include birds-eye and curly maple - wood to inspire a luthier.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en suite half bathroom. Twin beds convert to king-size bed. Twin or king second bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be joined to make a king-sized bed with king-sized linens. The sun room, with screened windows all around and a fabulous view, can be used as a third bedroom or as a den. The light-filled sun room. The sun room can be used as a third bedroom using the Simmons hide-a-bed couch and drawing the blinds, or as a den. All beds have high-quality mattresses and 100% cotton linens for your comfort.

The kitchen is completely contemporary, with new appliances and all the necessary utensils for preparing home-cooked meals.

Acadia University - The university was founded in 1838 and is one of the leading small universities in Canada with an enrollment of approximately 3500 full- time students. Beveridge Arts Centre - The Art Gallery features changing exhibits of works by regional, national and international artists.

Blomidon Provincial Park - This provincial park includes campgrounds and picnic areas. Spend the day hiking on fabulous trails and enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the Bay of Fundy.

Blomidon Look Off - A small roadside stop on Hwy. 358 with a panoramic view of up to four counties, looking down over the beautiful Annapolis Valley and Minas Basin. Be sure to bring your camera.

Prescott House Museum - Located in Starrs Point, this museum is filled with antiques and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Sir Charles Prescott who introduced a variety of apples and other fruit to the area built the home. Enjoy the diverse exhibits held during the summer months.

Robie Tufts Nature Centre, Wolfville - This Interpretive Centre is home to the chimney swifts, a breed of bird, which swoop into their chimney at dusk from mid-May to mid-August. The Centre provides panel information on local area wildlife.

South Shore - We are only an hour's drive to Chester Basin. Have lunch in Mahone Bay or Lunenburg (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) then drive back over the south mountain to Wolfville.
