Lena’s Tea Room in Carrick-on-Shannon, Ireland, is a delightful tea room reminiscent of the 1920's era, and offers spacious, comfortable seating, a counter brimming over with patisseries and other tasty delights, and a selection of Sandwiches, savory tarts served with loose leaf teas and artisan roasted coffee. All meals served at our tea room are homemade and freshly baked on a daily basis, without preservatives or artificial additives, and where possible we use locally sourced produce. At Lena's Tea Room we host a monthly bookclub that buzzes with lively discussions and chats, and Wednesday mornings we host a sip and stitch morning, where knitters can enjoy friendly chats and a delicious cup of tea while industriously knitting that choice garment.
