Lancaster Museum of Art in Lancaster Pennsylvania, are leaders in the field of culture and education for both locals and visitors to the region, and constantly strive to give visitors the best art available. Lancaster Museum of Art was founded in 1965 by a diligent group of artists and community leaders, and was initially known as the Goethean Gallery. With a name change in 1996 and a relocation, Lancaster Museum of Art is now housed in the Grubb Mansion, and provides a 4000sq foot facility suitable for exhibitions of local, national and international artists, lectures, panel discussions as well as educational workshops for adults and children alike. Our exhibitions are as diverse as our communities, and we strive to ensure that our programmes are attractive and meaningful to our visitors. Weddings and receptions, as well as kids activities, are offered by Lancaster Museum of Art.
