The Lagoon Restaurant in Stuart Park, North Wollongong, was established in 1986 as the original restaurant to offer diners outdoor cafe-style seating, and a genuine Seafood menu of delicacies such as tiger prawns, scampi and much more. We also have an a la carte menu of grain fed beef and poultry. After an unfortunate fire in 2001, the restaurant reopened in 2004, and featured an Australian theme of wide balconies, open doors and cream coloured walls, large windows and open air seating, which create an elegant, yet relaxed dining experience with breathtaking views of North Wollongong beach. All meals are prepared to order, not pre-cooked, and diners are assured of meals made with the freshest quality Seafood, usually locally caught, and cooked in a simplistic way that will enhance their natural flavours.
