Welcome to Kai Time, a vacation rental house situated on the idyllic Cayman Kai area of the Grand Cayman on the Cayman Islands.

Kai Time Island House is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have additional amenities (air conditioning on the first floor, different sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in living room, TV in Master Bedroom and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayak & equipment, snorkeling equipment).

Enter Kai Time through a pleasant foyer and up a few stairs to the first floor. The newly decorated living room and dining area is open and has plenty of seating for the entire family. The sofa is a queen size hideaway bed. The dining room next to the fully equipped kitchen (with all new appliances) and complete laundry room are within a short step or two. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances and a complete laundry room.

The living room and dining room opens to the two story lanai through two 10 feet sliding glass door that folds into the wall. A half bath is located next to the living room. The stairway and hallway lead to the Master and Guest Bedrooms.The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath, walk in closet and a balcony over looking the lanai and backyard. The guest bedroom has two double beds with a full bath, walk in closet and a balcony overlooking the lanai and backyard.

Kai Time has 2-One person kayaks, charcoal grill and a outside shower at the end of the ramp. The large lanai offers a spacious area with plenty of seating for entertaining or just enjoying the view of the backyard and cove. You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and table.

The Rum Point Beach in Cayman Kai area of Grand Cayman, features lovely white sand Beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine protected reefs, volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas Australian pines with shaded hammocks, Beach chairs and picnic tables. The Wreck Bar & Grill offers an excellent lunch menu and full bar.
