Welcome to Kai Kotch, a vacation rental house situated on the idyllic Cayman Kai area of the Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

If you?re looking for a peaceful, relaxing Caribbean vacation experience in a beautiful Beach-front spot that?s easy to reach, come and find it at Kai Kotch in Grand Cayman in the Cayman Kai area. It?s a light and breezy feeling, spacious 2 bedroom, 2½ bathroom vacation home in a perfect location for a romantic couple or a whole family, loaded with amenities, air-conditioned, spacious and furnished in a comfortable and relaxed tropical Island style. It is located in the heart of Rum Point Beach and the popular Cayman Kai community, tucked away on a secluded sandy Beach in the Sand Pointe Cove which opens to the North Sound.

The sectional sofa downstairs has a queen-size pull-out sofa bed with an inflatable air mattress topper making it very comfortable. This can sleep up to 2 adults in the living area downstairs. The Dining Room has easy access to the lanai and kitchen. The Sun Room is off the living room. A fully equipment kitchen is off the dining room with easy access to the lanai. The laundry room is off the kitchen with a washer and dryer.

There are two bedrooms and a linen closet on the second floor. New stair rails is for child safety. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath, walk in closet and a balcony. A folding crib and high chair are available (stored in a bedroom closet) at no extra charge. The guest bedroom has two double beds with a full bath, walk in closet, TV and balcony.

The two story lanai has a informal dining area overlooking the backyard, pool and cove. Two-storey-high-screened & roofed patio "Lanai" with a beautiful view of the Beach and the Sand Pointe Cove. The Lanai has ceiling fans. The two story spacious lanai is easily access from the living room, dining room and kitchen through two ten foot sliding glass doors that fold back into the wall. Relax on the lanai and view the beautiful back yard and cove. Also there is an outside shower at the end of the ramp. Sit in your lanai and enjoy the stunning view of the backyard and the calm water of the cove.

You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and table.

Rum Point Beach on Cayman Kai, features lovely white sand Beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine protected reefs, Volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas Australian pines with shaded hammocks, Beach chairs and picnic tables. The Wreck Bar & Grill offers an excellent lunch menu and full bar.
