Juliet Sims,is a qualified practitioner offering treatments in Reflexology (including Maternity Reflexology), Balanced Health Kinesiology and Indian Head Massage. As a registered Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists (www.aor.org.uk), she is insured to practise on the public. The AoR is a professional body governing certified practitioners who have undergone formal Reflexology training.
Juliet Sims has a wealth of experience in natural health and has successfully treated many different health conditions including fertility problems, sleep disorders, digestive complaints, arthritis, anxiety, menopausal concerns, weight loss issues and migraines. She is fully qualified in maternity Reflexology and has worked with many ladies throughout their pregnancies.  Juliet practises at BEST&co, 29 St. Thomas St, Lymington. Her opening hours are Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm and Saturdays 9:30am to 2pm.
