Ivy Cottage is part of the Olde House Farmstead that offers traditional Self Catering Farm Cottages on a 500 acre working Farm. Our Self Catering Cottages are well appointed, cosy and 'open all year' for young and old alike in Wadebridge, England in the United Kingdom.

A 3 bedroomed Cottage built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof and situated in the field beside the swimming pool. A short walk from the tennis courts, pool and adventure playground.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A double, twin room with single beds and a bunk bedroom. There are wash basins in both the double and twin rooms.

NEWLY REFURBISHED FOR 09 - Bathroom upstairs with WC and hand basin, shower over bath and heated towel rail.

Electric convector heaters in all bedrooms. All electric and heating included in the rent.

Downstairs is open plan. Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob. Iron & ironing board. Dining table and chairs.

Lounge has Freeview Flatscreen television and DVD.
The settee will convert to a double bed.
Laundry room facilities for use by our guests free of charge.
