Welcome to The Historic King Inn, MInneapolis, MInnesota, United States. The Historic King Inn, MInneapolis, MInnesota, was constructed in 1909, the mansion at 2400 Stevens Avenue South originally belonged to the King family, of Northrup King fame. William Sweatt, founder and president of Honeywell, later occupied the mansion. In 1935, the home was drastically altered to become a rooming house and later became the MInneapolis International Hostel. In 2007, Historic King Inn founders set out to restore the mansion to its majestic splendor, employing artists and craftsmen to realize their vision.
