The Gaslamp Restaurant & Bar is the culmination of 8 months of hard work gutting-out and renovating what used to be Long Beach's infamous "Live Bait". The Gaslamp celebrated its grand opening in February of 2005 with two young entrepreneurs Alicia Shelton and Jennifer McDonald at the helm. The two women's different, yet similar, backgrounds provide a unique combination of Restaurant and bar expertise.
Since the opening of The Gaslamp, the dark memories of an old nightclub have faded and have been replaced with a warm and inviting establishment. With nightly entertainment, excellent food and drinks and a superior staff, The Gaslamp welcomes you in with open arms
