The Australia Festival of Country Gardens in Bridgetown and surrounding towns main Festival is an annual spring event, with Gardens open in early November over several days and a Preview weekend on the second weekend of October.

As part of The Festival of Country Gardens we stage mini-events, such as morning wild flower walks or evening sundowners with talks of interest to Gardens to ensure that Garden visitors can have a thoroughly enjoyable Garden-inspired holiday in Bridgetown in Western Australia.

A smaller Festival, called "Autumn Delights", is held in autumn over the first weekend of May. The Festivals highlight Gardens of the countryside in the hinterland of the South West in Western Australia. There is a continental climate, less moderated by the sea than the coastal areas, and in which Gardens and all things horticultural flourish. The countryside is noted for its steep slopes and winding valleys that provide picturesque backdrops to many of the towns and the Gardens. Tall timbers grow here - both native and exotic. Orchards, vineyards and vegetable fields are prominent elements of the landscape.
