Situated on the southern edge of the beautiful New Forest where the scenery is breathtaking. The coast is 1¼ miles away and the nearest beach of Milford on Sea is only 1½ miles away.

The many awards they have won are a flattering (yet honest) reflection of their attention to customer care, comfort, welcome and satisfaction; but by far their greatest source of pride is the thanks of their guests. Familiar faces return often to experience again the magical atmosphere they strive to create.

The village of Everton is in perfect harmony with Efford Cottage, offering an idyllic setting for you to unwind and enjoy all that this picturesque slice of British countryside has to offer. Horse riding, sailing, scenic walks, bird watching, coarse fishing and even sea fishing are all easily accessible from your base here in Everton.

Venture slightly further afield and you will encounter King Alfred’s ancient kingdom of Wessex, home of King Arthur and his round table. Tables of further delight can be found in the many excellent restaurants and bistros of the Lymington area. The local inn, just a short walk from the cottage, has gained an outstanding reputation for exceptional food.
