DEED Builders , LLC is a family owned, locally operated construction company that specializes is Custom Home Design and Construction. We are a division of Ruppart & Associates, LLC based in Holden Beach, North Carolina to build new Custom and Spec homes in communities in the North Carolina coastal region. Throughout 2005 we have assembled an extremely talented and professional crew of craftsman to construct your home as though it were their own. Our level of detail is what sets us apart from the competition.

The contractor:  Eric Ruppart grew up in the Midwest and Southwest and then settled down in North Carolina. After working with a builder with 35 years of experience as an apprentice, he formed the division for new construction.  In April of 2005 he received his license of Building Contractor in the state of North Carolina.
