Cases de Son Barbassa is a country estate, carefully and lovingly renovated to provide a retreat where guests can relax and enjoy life at a slower pace. Attention to detail and personalised service is our motto. We aim to reflect this in the Restaurant and in the preparation of every dish. Moreover, much of the produce used in our kitchen comes from our gardens. Every night there is a different menu. On Thursday nights in summer guests can enjoy a barbeque.
