Captain Scotts Seafood Restaurant

Captain Scotts Seafood Restaurant in Sandwich, Barnstable County, United States | Seafood

In the early 50's, a local fisherman named George Scott opened a small fish market in historical Sandwich, United States. Scott provided fresh local Seafood for residents, and for folks passing through in the search for fresh fish. Then one day someone asked George Scott if he could fry up some of his delicious fresh Seafood. For a while, George Scott was providing Sandwich residents with fresh market Seafood, cooked or raw for your pleasure.

Then George Scott found it time to sell and retire and in the late 70's, Louie McMenamy purchased the establishment and Louie concentrated on fried Seafood (discontinuing the fish market), where food was prepared on paper plates and was served through a take-out window and enjoyed in a picnic area and so began Captain Scotts Seafood Restaurant.

In the late 80's, the Gossios family purchased Captain Scotts Seafood Restaurant from Louie McMenamy, and keeping true till this day, providing its customers with fresh Seafood, outstanding service, and great prices. The Gossios family also gave a new look to the Restaurant, and provide every one of its customers with a wide variety to choose from their menu.

The Gossios family would like to THANK YOU for your business and hope to see you again soon at Captain Scotts Seafood Restaurant.
