Welcome to the Bryggeloftet & Stuene Restaurant, Bergen, Norway. THis Restaurant originates from 1910 when the property Bryggen 11 in Bergen was built. In those days, the ground floor Restaurant was a part of what was then a hospice at Bryggen. Ever since it opened, the same family has managed the establishment. Bryggeloftet & Stuene Restaurant has a seating capacity for 90 guests and has gradually become a popular place to eat. Although the inhabitants of Bergen represent a large number of our guests, numerous tourists have always found their way to Bryggeloftet & Stuene Restaurant. The prime location has played an important role and increased tourism to Bryggen and Bergen has resulted in tourists now constituting a large part of our customer base during the summer season. During the seventies, the Restaurant was extended to include a 1st floor and Bryggeloftet was established. The guests seemed to enjoy a Restaurant with a view towards Vågen and parts of the fish market. In 1999, Bryggeloftet went through another expansion and can today cater for approximately 185 customers. The interior solution with the Restaurant divided into small and large rooms makes Bryggeloftet a popular place for parties such as Company gatherings, Lutefisk parties or Confirmations.
